Above is a picture of my companies latest creation. We worked on this for 8 months to get it to work. The beauty of it is that the part comes out of the machine tool, gets measured by the gage, gets analyzed by the GageChek and the GageChek sends any needed offsets to the machine tool controller wirelessly! Other companies can do this (wired), and for A LOT more money. We are always looking for ways to save our customers money and keep manufacturing jobs in AMERICA!
